This is located in Tourism Road, Catangnan, Siargao Island, General Luna. The resort has fully equipped kitchens and lounges, air-conditioned gym facilities, luggage storage, and pool. They also offer snorkeling and surfing lessons and bar and casual dining restaurant where guests can spend their time while eating their favorite snack or sip a glass of refreshing juice or shake.

- Three-Bedroom Apartment – The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the second has two queen-sized beds, and the third one has double and single bunk beds.
- Studio-Type Room – This comes with a balcony, a queen-sized bed, study desk, safe box, wardrobe, fridge, couch, LED TV with satellite connection, balcony, and fully fitted bathroom.
- Ocean View Studio – This area measures 70 sqm with the ocean view. It has a queen-sized bed and other features such as study desk, safe box, wardrobe, fridge, couch, LED TV with satellite connection, and balcony.
