CONTENT CREATION – TESDA has started to offer a content creation course for aspiring vloggers in the Philippines.

The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority is giving people the chance to learn about content creation. This course focuses on teaching skills needed to create and share content that educates or entertains internet users.

Students will learn ideas for social media posts, turn ideas into any type of content, and then share them online.

“Many of our kababayans are very talented and resourceful, and I am confident that if given the right skills, they will be better positioned to create content that resonate better with their audience, foster meaningful connections, and ultimately contribute significantly to society,” he said.

The government of Metro Manila will be the first to provide the course, followed by those in other Philippine regions.

The content creation course offered by TESDA will first be offered in Metro Manila training facilities before being extended to other regions of the Philippines. Those who are interested must provide their PSA birth certificate, transcript of records, high school or college graduation, certificate of good moral character, and a few pictures. Students must be at least 15 years old to enroll.

TESDA’s deputy director general, Rosanna Urdaneta, stated that applicants may apply these course credits toward their college education. The cost of tuition varies according to the training facility; however, scholarship is offered.
