  • For employed loan applicants, submit a photocopy of BIR form 2316.
  • For self-employed loan applicants, submit a photocopy of BIR form 1701 for self-employed applicants with Audited Financial Statements with BIR stamp for the past 2 years
  • For credit cardholders, original copy of the latest credit card billing statement (with the client as the PRINCIPAL cardholder)
