Pinangunahan ni Mayor Beverley Dimacuha at ni Dep Ed Superintendent Dr. Hermogenes Panganiban ang ribbon cutting ceremony ng naturang proyekto habang ang pagbabasbas naman ay ginampanan ni Fr Vic Cisneros.
