Cristy Fermin shared what Claudine Barretto did in the past
Veteran showbiz writer Cristy Fermin said that Optimum Star Claudine Barretto attempted to get back with her estranged husband actor Raymart Santiago.
The issue between Claudine and Raymart resurfaced online after the actress released a controversial statement against the actor. She accused her estranged husband of stealing her hundreds of millions.
Currently, the estranged couple are processing their annulment. In a statement reacting to Claudine’s fiery allegations against him, Raymart said that there was a gag order that hindered him and the actress from speaking about the legal issues between them.
However, based on a previous article, Claudine Barretto’s camp stated that the actress has no idea about the gag order.
In a recent episode of Cristy Fermin’s Showbiz Now Na, she talked about the issue between Claudine and Raymart. She said that the actress tried to reconcile with the actor many times.
“Kaya raw po nagkakaganito si Claudine Barretto ay tatlo hanggang mahigit na beses siyang nagparamdam kay Raymart na magkabalikan na sila pero hindi tinanggap ni Raymart ang kanyang suggestion,” Cristy said.
Cristy added that it is just right that Claudine would want to get whatever she owns because it is her right to do so but she should stop getting after Raymart in the attempt to get back together.
However, Cristy pointed out that Raymart’s camp is insisting that Claudine should prove first that he took something from her.
“Kahit pa mag umiyak nang bato si Claudine Barretto hindi na siya tatanggapin ni Raymart. Maligaya na si Raymart ngayon. Kapag ang lalaki umayaw yun na talaga,” Cristy said.
The actor is currently in a relationship with award-winning actress Jodi Sta Maria. In a previous statement, Claudine said that Jodi is a bad influence on Raymart.
