Here’s a glimpse of the wedding of Robi Domingo and his non-showbiz partner.
Famous Kapamilya host Robi Domingo marries his long-time non-showbiz partner Maiqui Pineda in a church wedding.
It has been rumored in the previous days that couple Robi Domingo and Maiqui Pineda are to marry this January. It appeared that this speculation is true as circulating online are the photos and videos of their nuptials.
To recall, the two got engaged in November 2022.
On their way to their wedding day, his partner faced health problems. Maiqui was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease but it did not make Robi love her any less. The wedding was pushed through and it has taken place on January 6.
Last December, the couple released their pre-wedding film which showed their sweetness.
Produced by Treehouse, Maiqui and Robi recalled their first date through this in an almost eight-minute video. They returned to the place where they first went out with SB19 track “Liham” as the background music.
In this video, they also talked about the battle against rare autoimmune disease of Maiqui. A great challenge for them and for her, most especially, but despite this situation being tough, Robi accordingly sees hope every time he sees her.
“It was hard, but I just held on to the vision of us, actually, in that church getting married in front of everyone we love and starting a life together. That’s what was in my head, and it made things easier. You make it easier,” Pineda expressed.
On January 6, the couple finally tied the knot and here’s a glimpse of this special day for them:
Actress Melai Cantiveros, a close friend of Domingo who was there at the wedding, shared this on her Instagram.
Based on this post, the wedding was held at Diocesan Shrine and Parish of San Isidro Labrador.
