Sad news. The mother of Tippy Dos Santos passed away on December 30.
Three days after figuring in an accident, the mother of singer-actress Tippy Dos Santos passed away and was confirmed in a post.
Last December 27, Tippy dos Santos after her parents, Happy and John, met an accident in South Korea. Their holidays, unfortunately had a tragic turn. Her parents figured in a “horrific vehicular accident” just upon their arrival.
Her father was recovering from his injuries, but her mother, unfortunately, was in coma at the ICU of a hospital.
According to Tippy, they were there for a short holiday and while they go through such a difficult time, she shared that the assistance from the Philippine embassy has been “greatly helpful”.
‘The Lord decided to bring her home’
However, three after that incident, the mother of the singer-actress passed away. She was 58 years old and her death was confirmed by her family on her Facebook account on Saturday, December 30. It said that she “fought for her life” but the Lord “decided to bring [their] beloved Happy home”.
“Dear family and friends, on Dec. 30th 2023, our beloved Happy passed away after suffering injuries from a traffic accident in Seoul, Korea. The hurt of this loss to our family is indescribable and we will miss her every single day,” the post read.
She was described as her husband’s “light” and “life and world”. She was the “most caring and loving mother any child could ask for”.
This sad announcement came a day after Tippy asked her followers on Instagram to pray for her parents who got involved in an accident. As of this writing, the singer-actress is yet to speak about this heartbreaking event.
The post furthered that Happy was “bright”, “full of energy”, “knew how to light up a room she was in”, “caring”, “generous”, “would provide any assistance”, “loving”, and devoted a life making people feel and know of her love.
