Kapuso actor Alden Richards was not allowed to appear in TVJ’s noontime show?
Megastar Sharon Cuneta graces E.A.T. of TVJ on TV5 to promote their film “A Family Of Two” without Alden Richards because of this reason.
Celebrities Sharon Cuneta and Alden Richards are the headliners for the 2023 Metro Manila Film Festival entry “A Family of Two”. While working on this film, the two were able to build a strong bond.
The film is soon to reach the cinemas and previously, as part of the promotion, the Megastar graced the show of Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey De Leon.
She appeared on E.A.T. on TV5 but she was alone. Alden, a former Dabarkads, was not with her to promote the film. The younger Sotto asked the Megastar why Alden was not with her and she responded.
According to the Megastar, he was accordingly not allowed, hence, her being alone at that moment. She said, “Parang ano, eh, hindi ko alam kung pinayagan, pero gusto niyang sumama talaga!”
On the first week of December, Sharon and Alden were able to appear in It’s Showtime together to promote their film. People online assume that perhaps Alden was not allowed to appear in E.A.T. because it is under the TV5 network and he is an exclusive artist of GMA.
He only got the chance to appear in an ABS-CBN program because GMA and ABS-CBN have partnered now because of Showtime.
