Beauty Gonzalez shared the reaction of Ellen Adarna to her love scenes with Derek Ramsay
Actor Derek Ramsay, the husband of Cebuana celebrity Ellen Adarna, and her best friend Beauty Gonzalez have a new movie titled Kampon.
Ellen and Beauty have been friends for many years already. Their friendship continues to flourish in different chapters of their lives. The closeness between the two female celebrities was the reason why Derek admitted in a previous interview that he felt awkward about his love scenes with Beauty.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, Beauty talked about doing her intimate scenes with Derek in the movie which also featured social media personality Zeinab Harake. This is her first movie after venturing into acting.
It was said that even before the filming of this project started, Ellen Adarna already knew that her husband and her best friend would have a scene. The Cebuana celebrity was not affected by this.
Beauty also admitted that she felt award doing those love scenes. It is because she was also thinking that Derek is the husband of her best friend. However, they thought that the more they became awkward the longer it would take for them to finish the scene.
Then, Beauty shared that she jokingly said to Ellen, “You can have Norman, yuck! Ha-hahahaha!” However, the Kapuso actress said that her husband Norman Crisologo, as well as her best friend Ellen Adarna, does not mind her intimate scenes with her onscreen leading man.
“But my husband, siya ang unang naging friend ni Ellen before me, and he just laughed it off. Alam niya work lang ito, so pareho sila ni Ellen, they just laughed about it. Derek is such a gentleman at mabilis naming natapos ang scene,” Beauty said.
Kampon is one of the official entries at the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2023.
