Supreme Idol Daniel Padilla caught the attention of netizens because his post confirming his breakup with Kathryn Bernardo is no longer available.
On November 30, the actor shared a throwback photo with Kathryn on his Facebook page. His breakup statement came an hour after the actress confirmed their separation.
In Daniel’s post, he wrote “Ikaw at ako.” Then it was followed by how he felt about his reel and real-life girlfriend for 11 years.
“Thank you for dancing with me during my highs and thank you for singing with me during my lows. Our lives may drift away, but our love will still ride that tide,” Daniel Padilla wrote.
Then, the actor shared his message dedicated to the actress. He said that his love for Kathryn would be forever and endless. He also thanked their fandom KathNiel for the love and support they have received all these years.
However, just recently, netizens noticed that Daniel’s caption in his post about his breakup with Kathryn is no longer available. He only left the words “Ikaw at ako.” The actor deactivated the comment option in this post.
This was shared on a popular showbiz site and netizens expressed different reactions. Some speculate that the actor was not really sincere in what he said in the post while some said that this could mean that they got back together.
For some, this is just another gimmick or promotion while some accused Daniel Padilla of using Kathryn Bernardo for his career. On the other hand, there was a netizen who thought that this was a decision coming from the management.
