Celebrating the “best story ever told” put in a song for ABS-CBN’s new Christmas ID. Undeniably, the Filipino Christmas is always completed with the annual holiday station ID of ABS-CBN, a staple for Filipinos here and abroad.
In a previous article, the teaser of “Pasko Ang Pinakamagandang Kwento” has sparked excitement among many.
Robert Labayen, head of ABS-CBN Creative Communications Management, said that in this year’s theme, the network will be celebrating the best story ever told which is the Christmas story.

He said, “ABS-CBN ngayon, we are not just a channel di ba. We are not just in broadcast. Hangang saan pwede magkwento. Sine-celebrate natin tayo bilang storyteller. Ino-honor natin ‘yung Christmas story as the best story told.”
ABS-CBN music creative director Jonathan Manalo said that this year’s CSID is more than just its catchy tune. It’s about the heart that is evident in the lyrics and of people who lent their voices to this music.
Spotted in the music video were some of the biggest stars of today. Judy Ann Santos who remained one of the pillars of the ABS-CBN roster of talents was present.
Asia’s Superstar and solid Kapamilya Kathryn Bernardo, Daniel Padilla, Iza Calzado, Angelica Panganiban, Luis Manzano, Shaina Magdayao, and Robi Domingo were on big smiles as they put a different kind of magic in the song because of their presence.
The voices of Piolo Pascual, Sarah Geronimo, Regine Velasquez, Ogie Alcasid, Gary Valenciano, Martine Nievera, Jolina Magdangal, Yeng Constantino, Bamboo Zsa Zsa Padilla, Angeline Quinto, Darren Espanto, Kyle Echarri, KZ Tandingan, Moira Dela Torre, and Eric Santos were clearly heard.
There were also several clips as part of the video done in the places of ABS-CBN’s different partners such as GMA, A2Z, and TV5.
Robert Labayen and Lawrence Arvin Sibug are on the lyrics, music is by Kiko Salazar and Jonathan Manalo, arranged by Theo Martel and Tommy Katigbak, mixed and mastered by Kiko Salazar, and the vocal arrangement and overall music production by Jonathan Manalo.
