The Honor Pad 5 10.1 was officially announced in June 2019 and released in July 2019. The tablet is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 5100 mAh battery. It was launched in a single color, Glacial Blue.

The dimension of the device is 243 x 164 x 7.8 mm. It is built with a glass front, aluminum back, and an aluminum frame. It comes with a screen size of 10.1 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 1960 x 1200 pixels and a 16:10 aspect ratio.
Platform:
The Pad 5 10.1 is powered by a Kirin 659 (16 nm) Octa-core processor coupled with a Mali-T830 MP2 graphics processing unit (GPU). It runs on the Android 8.0 (Oreo) + EMUI 8 operating system. It comes in variants such as 3GB + 32GB RAM and 64GB + 4GB RAM.

The rear side of the Honor Pad 5 10.1 sports a 5-megapixel camera.
