Isabelle Daza helped a domestic helper
Actress Isabelle Daza gave monetary help to a domestic helper who was a victim of abuse by her employer.
Isabelle is one of the celebrities who have charitable endeavors. During the height of the pandemic, her name surfaced as one of the donors for the community pantry. In the past, the actress has shown how she values the people working for her.
Isabelle created a written contract with her house helpers. In the contract, she specifically stated what her employees would receive as salary and their benefits as well. This included rules between her and their part.

Just recently, Isabelle Daza once again showed her empathy to a domestic helper who unfortunately had a drastic experience in her job. Based on the article in Philstar Life, the actress gave a manager’s check to Elvie Vergara, the abused house helper.
“Meron po akong maliit sa regalo sa inyo kasi nalaman ko ang kuwento mo noong nanood ako ng news. Sa tulong ng lahat ng mga followers ko at lahat ng nanonood ng story mo, meron silang na-donate para sa ‘yo,” Isabelle said.
She handed a check worth P1 million to Elvie as she shook her hand. The fundraising that Isabelle initiated began on September 8. On her social media page, she shared the situation of Elvie who was allegedly “physically, mentally and verbally abused by her employers so much that she has been blinded in both eyes.”
The actress shared that the initial fundraising was 300,000 and this would be used for Vergara’s operation. It was said that Elvie’s salary was held by her employer and that she and the government were helping the domestic helper to get that but the actress admitted that this is a long process and needed a lot of paperwork. Isabelle Daza also thanked everyone who donated to Elvie Vergara.
