Jennica Garcia On Her Fears As A Single Mother

What are the things Jennica Garcia is fearful about as a single parent?

Famous actress-host Jennica Garcia speaks about being a single parent and the thing that she is fearful about.

Just this year, actress Jennica Garcia confirmed that her marriage with actor Alwyn Uytingco will be annulled. In a previous article, Jennica and Alwyn’s marriage is headed to annulment after failure in trying to make their marriage work.

And if there’s anything she is afraid of in being a single parent, it involves their two daughters namely Mori and Alessi.

She is not afraid of what can happen to herself as she is more concerned about their two daughters and the effects of not having a father growing up. She grew up without a father and she has these experiences her children might experience as the situation is just similar.

“Parang yung pinakakinakatakot ko lang po, yung baka dahil hindi lumaki yung anak ko na kasama nila yung tatay nila, baka po pag may nagsabi sa kanila nang ganun din, baka maniwala po sila kaagad,” she admitted.

The actress shared that growing up, she easily believed the words and promises of other people. When a person tells her that he loves her or he will never leave her, she believes the words right away.

In the same interview, the actress revealed that she is now finally closing her doors in terms of her marriage with Alwyn. She is not giving it another chance anymore as she has already exhausted herself. She has nothing more to give.

They decided to give their marriage another shot before but it only lasted for a short time. She admitted that the flaw was on her end at that time. While they were fixing their marriage, she was unconsciously moving on already, hence, the short time that they spent together when they gave their marriage a second chance.

“Sa totoo lang po, parang ako na po yung problema after nung one year. Parang, we don’t fight. We don’t. Kasi nga po, ayoko po ng conflict, di ba? So, hindi po ako. Pero hindi ko po napansin na sa one year pala na yun, parang nag-move on na po pala ako nang hindi ko alam,” she expressed.
