One of the well-loved hosts of the Kapamilya network is Luis Manzano. His recent show is “It’s Your Lucky Day” which aired for only 12 days. This show was only made to fill the slot It’s Showtime left while serving the suspension.
However, despite the short amount of time given to them, he and his co-hosts were able to make a close relationship.
The viewers also commended the chemistry and dynamics of the hosts. They have different personalities but their personalities blend well and they also bring a different kind of entertainment to the people.

To recall, the suspension of It’s Showtime ran from October 14 to October 27. The show served the suspension from the Movie Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) after the appeals of Showtime were denied.
Recently, he talked about being a host in the industry and being a father in real life.
As a host, his peg as always is his father Edu Manzano. He’s a fan of his father but he made sure to make his own name and he successfully did. And his ultimate goal as a host and as a father is connected.
In an interview, he would want his child to hear good things about him from other people.
He said, “She would get to watch me. Marami siyang puwedeng balikan sa TV na parang, ‘Uy, Papa ko yan.’ O di kaya may lumapit sa kanya when she’s older na parang, ‘We used to watch your dad ha, napasaya niya kami.’ So ‘yun -‘yung pinaka-goal ko in terms of being a host and a father.”
Luis is married to Jessy Mendiola. They have a daughter fondly called by many as Rosie but their baby’s nickname really is Peanut who is now 10 months old.
