Kapamilya singer Erik Santos announced that he is no longer connected to his former personal assistant John Mark Caperlac.

However, in the case of Erik, that closeness was shattered. In a recent statement that he released through Showbiz Update, based on the article in Balita, the singer made an important announcement about his former personal assistant.
“This is to inform the public that John Mark Caperlac is no longer connected with me in any capacity. He was my personal assistant,” the singer stated. “Moving forward, he has no authority to act in any way for and on my behalf. Thank you,” Erik Santos added.
Talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz shared his thoughts on this matter during a recent episode of his YouTube talk show Showbiz Update. Ogie said that this PA has been working with the singer for a long time already.
“Itong kaniyang PA ay nine years na kay Erik. ‘Yung nine years na ‘yun, ‘yung tiwala ay talagang malalim. Parang bahagi na ng pamilya ni Erik itong kaniyang PA,” Ogie shared.
Then, the talent manager-vlogger hinted at the possible reason why Erik decided to cut his connection with his former PA. “Hanggang sa nito lang nila natuklasan na ‘yun na nga. Nawala na ‘yung kanilang tiwala. May mga ano, money-money matters ‘yan. Pero di ko na masyadong pakahahabaan,” Ogie mentioned.
In a recent Instagram Story that Erik Santos shared, he featured an art card with a meaningful message about people who are hiding behind the mask but will eventually reveal their true character.
Meanwhile, Erik celebrated his 20th anniversary in the entertainment industry and he thanked the OPM icons who celebrated this milestone with him.
