Proud Wife Showcases Before and After Photos of Their Room Renovation
A proud wife flexes the before and after photos of their newly-renovated home, claiming, “Celebrate every win, no matter how small”
Nica Fijo, a Facebook user, shared the photos showcasing the transformation of their newly renovated bedroom. The post immediately spread like wildfire on social media and elicited reactions from the online community.
The woman and her husband found inspiration that ignited a desire to transform their bedroom into a haven similar to what they admired from others. Nica is a regular private employee while her husband is a seafarer.
The couple had a five-year-old child. They were not high earners but their income was just enough to meet their basic needs and other miscellaneous expenses, including her maintenance for her autoimmune disease.
The two weren’t aspiring for luxurious bedrooms with extravagant furnishings but they just wanted to create a peaceful and stress-free sanctuary. Their goal was to establish a space that could ease their exhaustion during work days.
“Hindi po namin kaya ‘yung sobrang sosyal na bedroom at mamahaling mga furniture. Isa lang po gusto namin, ang magkaroon ng stress free and relax place in the most tiring day… Soon naman po the whole house na po, sa Awa at gabay ng Diyos,” Fijo said.
Fijo extended her wisdom to those who share a similar dream of renovating their space.
“Work hard and stick to your goals. Walang imposible sa taong may pangarap. Kahit gaano pa katagal before mo ma-reach ‘yung goal. Keep in mind na someday, ma-achieve mo rin sya. Hard work really pays off, especially huwag mawawalan ng pag-asa at humingi ng gabay kay Lord, on how to manage things while reaching our goal/dream,” she added.
