Sandara Park Asks About the Absence Of Her Portrait In ABS-CBN Hallway
SANDARA PARK – Korean superstar Sandara Park asked about the absence of her photo in ABS-CBN corridor.
Sandara Park a.k.a. Dara started her entertainment career in the Philippines, where she achieved her breakthrough by becoming the first-ever winner of the Star Circle Quest 2004, a reality talent competition by ABS-CBN. Then, she returned to South Korea.
She made her debut as a member of 2NE1, a group that achieved immense success not only in South Korea but also globally. Nonetheless, this success proved fleeting, as 2NE1 eventually disbanded, greatly affecting Dara.
In a recent interview featured in PUSH, Sandara Park disclosed that she now consciously avoids watching music shows and keeping up with new K-pop groups. She also commented on claims that she is one of the wealthiest female entertainers in the business. Even her closest friends have expressed surprise that she can afford to buy pricey items despite her absence from the K-Pop industry.
In a previous article, Dara openly admitted that she failed to save money following the disbandment of the popular all-girl K-Pop group 2NE1, revealing, “not a single investment, I don’t even save. I should now.”
The Korean celebrity brought joy to many of her fans when she posed a candid question during her appearance on “It’s Showtime” recently. It had been six years since her last guest appearance on the popular noontime show.
During her time on the noontime show, Sandara Park showcased her latest comeback single, “Festival.” However, during her interview, Sandara humorously inquired about the absence of her portrait in the hallway.
“Nagtataka ako, bakit wala yung picture ko sa wall sa labas,” Dara said before adding, “Nandun yung picture niyo, nakita ko, ang ganda.”
After hearing this, Vhong Navarro couldn’t help but crack a joke, stating, “Nako, dinouble check pala ni Sandara.”
