Alden Richards and Julia Montes talked about their movie characters
Kapuso actor Alden Richards and Kapamilya actress Julia Montes shared what they realized in their characters in Five Breaksups and a Romance.
The two celebrities are very much excited to show their fans their first-ever movie together. This is not the Pambansang Bae’s first time to work with a Kapamilya actress. He already did the blockbuster movie Hello, Love, Goodbye with Kathryn Bernardo in 2019.
Just recently, the movie teaser was released and this added to fans’ excitement to witness their acting caliber.
In a recent interview, based on the article in GMA Entertainment, Alden Richards and Julie Montes shared what they realized in their characters Lance and Justine.
The actress shared that she learned a lot of lessons from her character. “Ako ang big lessons sa akin as Justine, you can plan as many as you can, as you want pero sometimes your plan is not the perfect plan,” she said.
She added that this was perfect timing and the movie made her really feel that she needed to feel or know that there were things she did not see the real worth before. However, now, she felt this and the team made her feel this too. “So iyon ‘yong take away ko talaga dito sa film na ‘to,” Julia said.
For the Asia’s Multimedia Star, it seemed like his character is just simple but he learned a deep lesson from Lance. “Yes, ako naman as Lance parang yes masarap ma-inlove pero hindi sa lahat ng pagkakataon sagot ang pag-ibig,” the actor said.
Previously, Alden Richards and Julia Montes talked about the “unexpected friendship” that happened between them because of this movie.
Five Breakups and a Romance is directed by Irene Villamor and it is set to be released in cinemas on October 18.
