Marian Rivera is excited about her new projects
Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera talked about her new series Against All Odds and her upcoming movie Rewind with her husband Primetime King Dingdong Dantes.
Marian took a break for quite a while in doing showbiz projects. Amid the pandemic, she focused on being a wife and a mother. Now, she is ready to conquer again the small and the big screen.
Marian will have a new series with Gabby Concepcion and Max Collins. She already started shooting for this, based on the article in PEP.
Aside from this, Marian Rivera will also have a new movie under Star Cinema, the film company of ABS-CBN. In this movie, she will have an onscreen reunion with her real-life partner.
This movie is included in the official Metro Manila Film Festival 2023 entries. “Na-excite kami saka nagulat din kami na nakapasok kami dun sa Metro Manila Film Festival,” Marian said.
With this, she expressed hope that Filipino’s support for local movies will go back. The Kapuso actress also said that she is happy that the movie industry in the Philippines is bouncing back.
When asked if she had already organized her schedule as she is returning to acting, she said, “Next week ko pa malalaman. Hindi ko alam kung paano ang gagawin ko.” The actress was also asked to react to her career which is still vibrant even after she became a mother and took a rest for almost four years.
Marian Rivera said, “Siguro, lahat ng ito, utang ko sa Itaas. Kahit naman ano ang gawin kong galing, kung hindi naman dahil sa Kanya, wala rin lahat.”
Meanwhile, the actress said that right now, she and her husband are not planning to have another baby. She said that she has a lot of projects lined up for her. She jokingly said, “Sasayaw po muna ako!” as she recently started her TikTok page.
