Bea Alonzo recalled the first she and Dennis Trillo shared the same frame
Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo revealed the “ilangan” that she and her Love Before Sunrise leading man Dennis Trillo initially had.
Bea and Dennis had the chance to have their onscreen reunion. Previously, the actor expressed excitement for this reunion project with Bea. In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, the actress said that she is happy that she and Dennis were chosen to star in this amazing project.
She admitted that it somehow feels familiar but it also feels new for her. The actress said that she is not nervous because there is trust that she feels.
“Kasi, pareho kaming ni-launch at the same time sa Star circle, so somehow, I feel na I can trust him,” Bea Alonzo shared. She also said that even though they haven’t seen each other for a long time, she is silently rooting for the actor.
Bea shared that she cheers for Dennis and that she is a fan from the sidelines. “I’ve seen him grow as a an actor so I just feel lucky and honored to be working with him on this show,” she said.
The former Kapamilya actress also shared that there was an awkwardness between her and Dennis at first. During the first day, Bea said that she was a bit awkward because they had to do the roles of lovers. She added that they needed to get to know each other again.
“But then we’re professional actors so we got over that easily. We had to make the scene work. I just feel na nakatulong din ‘yun, kasi nga sabi ko kanina, may sense of him being familiar to me. ‘Yung tingin niya, ‘yung hawak niya, somehow I feel familiar,” Bea Alonzo.
On the other hand, the Kapuso actress believed that this awkwardness somehow helped them. She said that there is a certain mystery because Dennis is a mysterious man. She said that this helped the falling-in-love stage of their characters.
