In Greek Mythology, one of the most popular tales is the Pandora’s Box story. It is a continuation of the act of Prometheus in Greek Mythology, the Titan who stole fire from Zeus and gave it to humans.

Zeus was very angry by what Prometheus. The Pandora’s Box story is about the god’s vengeance against the tital who stole fire. He asked Hephaestus to make a human made of water and soil. The gods gave gifts to the said woman, the first ever of its kind.

Aphrodite gave Pandora, which means “all gifts” in Greek, beauty, Athena gave her wisdom, Hermes gave her cunning, and other goods had gifted her, too. Zeus gave the woman a jar. The god warned the woman not to open the jar.

Pandora was sent to Epimetheus, the brother of Prometheus, the titan whom Zeus wants to take revenge. Despite his brother’s warning not to accept anything from Zeus, Epimetheus accepted the woman. She tried hard not to open the jar but she also gave in.

The opening of the jar by Pandora led to the release of a lot of negative energy in the Earth. Sickness, hunger, war, hatred, and all disasters were released from the jar.
