In an interview, Gabby Concepcion shared that they are not rehearsing together for the concert as it is part of the deal.
Reuniting for the “Dear Heart” concert on October 27 in SM Mall of Asia Arena are Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion.
During the media conference for their show, the former married couple crossed paths as she arrived at the event when he was about to leave. The situation was inescapable and they interacted pretty much decently in front of the crowd.
Gabby even pulled off a joke at Sharon saying, “Concepcion nung araw ito, e.”
He was referring to the time when they were still married. To recall, they married thrice – two civil weddings on June 23, 1984, and September 10, 1984; and a huge church wedding on September 23, 1984.
Despite marrying several times, they still separated. But the best thing about their marriage was KC Concepcion, their daughter.
KC Concepcion reacted to Sharon and Gabby’s reunion and expressed that she was excited about it. She was just as elated as the fans who have long been yearning for her parents to do a reunion project.
In the said media conference event, Gabby shared that a part of their deal was accordingly not to see each other during rehearsals and other activities for the concert. The deal is they only have to see each other on the day of the concert.
Based on the post from Kapamilya showbiz reporter MJ Felipe, the caption said, “Gabby also shared that he and Sharon won’t be seeing each other, even during rehearsals or pre-concert activities. The deal is for them to see each other on the day of the concert.”
Meanwhile, in the same event, the seasoned actor shared that before the concert happened several plans were talked about their reunion which included a movie.
