Numerous students in Bohol Province were accordingly possessed on Friday.
BOHOL PROVINCE – Reportedly, nearly 200 students were possessed by evil spirits in Talibon town during a mass.
Someone who is possessed by a demonic spirit cannot control himself. There are scriptures describing incidents like this.
Matthew 12:22 says: Then was brought unto Him one possessed with a demon, blind and mute: and He healed him, insomuch that the mute man spoke and saw.

Another scripture stated, from Matthew 9:33: And when the demon was cast out, the mute man spoke: and the multitudes marveled, saying, It was never so seen in Israel.
In September last year, 7 Students in Cebu showed signs of being possessed. This incident went viral online. The alleged possessed students were anxious and unconscious while they were doing things like growling and screaming.
Recently, in Talibon town in Bohol, it has been reported that nearly 200 students were possessed by evil spirits. This happened during a mass on Friday, September 15.
One of the possessed students of the San Jose National High School (SJNHS) lost consciousness. There were those who trembled and hyperventilated while others suffered from difficulty breathing.
Lawyer Lenard Querubin posted this on Facebook and expressed that he has personally experienced the “mass hysteria”.
The caption of his post said: “I personally witnessed this “Mass Hysteria” as they say, just this morning in San Jose National High School, Talibon, Bohol where a huge number of students exhibited unusual behaviors and fainted while attending the Holy Mass.
In a report from the Inquirer, Talibon Mayor Janette Garcia directed the parents to take their children home. Rescuers from Trinidad, San Miguel, and Alicia were dispatched to address the said incident and brought 195 students to a hospital.
As of this writing, two remained admitted to President Carlos P. Garcia Memorial Hospital.
