Starting at $1,249, the Dell XPS 13 Plus introduces the latest Intel Raptor Lake 13th Gen CPUs in the slimmest and lightest Dell laptop ever.

This stylish ultraportable, featuring an OLED display, caught everyone’s attention in its 2022 debut. However, upon conducting a comprehensive Dell XPS 13 Plus review, we were left disappointed by its relatively short battery life and unsatisfying capacitive touch function keys.

The XPS 13 Plus (2023) is currently available for purchase on Dell’s website and select retailers, starting at a price of $1,249. This base configuration includes a 13th gen Intel Core i7-1360P CPU, 16GB of RAM, a 512GB SSD for storage, and the standard 13.4-inch touchscreen with a resolution of 1920 x 1200.

The laptop comes pre-installed with Windows 11 and is equipped with two USB-C ports. Additionally, it comes with a pair of adapters in the box that allow you to connect USB-A or 3.5mm accessories.

While the processor cannot be upgraded at this time, you have the option to customize your laptop by increasing the RAM (up to 32GB), expanding the storage (up to 2TB), and upgrading the display to either a 4K touchscreen or a 3.5K OLED touchscreen. The display upgrade on its own costs $200, and the prices for the other upgrades are similarly competitive or even lower.

For a fully upgraded Dell XPS 13 Plus with the same CPU, 32GB of RAM, a 2TB SSD for storage, and the 3.5K OLED display, the total cost would be approximately $1,749. If desired, you can also opt for an upgrade to Windows 11 Pro for an additional $50, resulting in a total cost of $1,799 for such a configuration.
