The Huawei Mate 60 Pro was officially announced on August 29, 2023. The device is offered in four colors – Black, White, Green, and Purple. It is powered by a 5000 mAh Li-Po battery (non-removable) + 88W wired + 50W wireless + 20W reverse wireless charging.
Body & Display:
The smartphone comes in a 6.82-inch screen size and the display is an LTPO OLED capacitive touchscreen that provides 1212 x 2616 pixels resolution. It measures 163.7 x 79 x 8.1 mm and weighs 225 grams. It is built with a glass front, metal frame, and a glass back.
Platform:
Mate 60 Pro runs on the HarmonyOS 4.0 operating system. It is powered by Kirin 9000S (5 nm) Octa-core processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is Maleoon 910. It is packed with 12GB of RAM while the internal storage has 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB options.
Main Camera:
The rear camera of the Huawei Mate 60 Pro consists of a 50-megapixel (wide) + 48-megapixel (periscope telephoto) + 12-megapixel (ultrawide). It features an LED flash, panorama, and HDR.
Selfie Camera:
For clicking selfies and self-shooting videos, there is a single camera on the front that features a 13-megapixel (ultrawide) camera + TOF 3D (depth/biometrics sensor). It features an HDR and panorama.
The phone’s sensors include Face ID, fingerprint (under display, optical), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, barometer, compass, color spectrum, and BDS Satellite Calling and Message. It features Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6, GPS (L1+L5), GLONASS (L1), BDS (B1I+B1c+B2a+B2b), GALILEO (E1+E5a+E5b), QZSS (L1+L5), NavIC (L5), NFC, Infrared port, USB Type-C 3.1, OTG, and Display Port 1.2.
