Multimedia superstar Toni Gonzaga is now a mother of two – a boy and a girl. As much as we all know, she is married to director Paul Soriano who is also currently the presidential adviser on creative communications.
And in her recent post, she shared a photo of her from 2018 and recalled the real story behind it. The photo showed her busy attending to two Japanese kids who she found really cute.
It was dated January 10, 2015, and she vividly remembers why she posted it.
The two children with her are siblings and this was snapped while she was in Japan to shoot for the ABS-CBN sitcom “Home Sweetie Home”. In her old post, the caption stated, “One day I’ll have a boy and a girl.”
And she was heard.
In 2016, Toni and Paul’s first baby named Seve was born.
And last August 11 of this year, Toni welcomed her baby girl, their second child.
She narrated:
“I remember this post, I deleted after… I saw a boy and a girl siblings in Japan.. Cute na cute ako, I asked the mom if I can play and take pics with them.. She allowed.. [emoji] We were taping ‘Home Sweetie Home’ then in Japan… This was Jan. 10.. Jan. 20, on my birthday, Paul proposed. 8 years after… We now have a boy and a girl…”
Meanwhile, Toni was just 13 years old when she started a career in the show business industry. This is after she won in Metropop Star Search of GMA that aired in 1997. And among her most iconic stints was the soft drink commercial with Piolo Pascual. This has really boosted her fame as an artist.
She became even more famous when she transferred to ABS CBN in 2005. She hosted several programs like ASAP and the reality series Pinoy Big Brother. She also starred in several films.
However, 17 years after, Toni announced her resignation from ABS-CBN and transferred to ALLTV, a new network owned by Manny Villar.
