In June 2021, couple Solenn Heussaff and Nico Bolzico broke ground on their dream house along with the announcement that they are finally building their family home. Their new home is in Alabang and it is built in a massive lot property. The actress personally wanted a larger place to fulfill her dream of having a garden area. Here’s an update!

Here’s an update about Casa SosBolz, the massive and beautiful family house of Solenn Heussaff and Nico Bolzico.
Celebrity couple Solenn Heussaff and Nico Bolzico have been updating their followers about their dream house or their forever house called “Casa Bolzico”. Through their social media, they give updates on the progress of their new house.
On Solenn’s YouTube channel, in her latest post, the massiveness of their multi-storeyed house has been shown.
To recall, it was in June 2021 when Solenn and Nico announced that they were starting to build a new house. It is slowly coming to life and in their recent update, she shared that there are several factors that happened causing delays to the building.
But in the process, they were able to meet several brands for the different parts of the house like paint, roofing, and among others.
According to Solenn, they are working on making their house have Balinese, Japanese, and Filipino designs. The overall look of the house is mainly painted white with some wood accents from the outside.
In terms of the materials they are using, they go for local, quality, and eco-friendly.
They also have a pool right in front of their house and it was surrounded with lush and green plants. For her, a house is not complete without them. And what she wants for their garden to be tropical but not too curated.
Some parts of the house were glass.
In her video, she expressed that in her next vlog, she will share their “full blast move in”. Finally, after two years and a half, they are moving into their forever home.
“I can’t wait to finally move in. I have my own painting studio. Nico has his own office so we can stay in that like stay at home set-up kind of thing,” she said.
