Veteran stars Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion were formerly married. To recall, they were the most popular love team of their generation. They were well-loved that even up until now, their fans are still yearning for them to have a reunion.
And it looks like this is finally happening.
In a previous article, a teaser of the upcoming concert of Sharon and Gabby circulated online. Both of them shared the same teaser which made a lot of their fans excited. Their ‘Dear Heart’ reunion concert will happen at SM MOA on October 27, 2023.
According to the updates, the selling of tickets will start at 12 noon on August 15 via SM ticket outlets nationwide.
And recently, speaking about this matter is Gabby who expressed that this is their gift for their fans who have stayed with them all these years.
Their daughter KC Concepcion also spoke about this and shared that she is elated about this reunion of her parents. In one of the recent episodes of Boy Abunda’s FTWBA, KC expressed that she is glad to be back in Manila for this reason.
“I can feel that a lot of Filipinos around the world, together with me, would be so happy to witness this experience of seeing my Papa and Mama together on stage,” she added. She is just as excited as the fans of her parents based on the video.
The concert’s name is based on the Dear Heart film of Sharon and Gabby. This is their first film together as a love team which was shown in 1981. Years after this, they became a couple in real life, got married, and welcomed KC.
However, their marriage did not last that long. It was annulled in 1987.
