Gadget Store Employee Gives Meaningful Reminder to All Gen Zs Demanding iPhone From Parents
A heartfelt message from a gadget store employee serves as a touching reminder for Gen Zs seeking iPhones from their parents.
Margo Buena Bon, a Facebook user, shared a touching encounter she had with a customer who faced challenges in fulfilling her daughter’s costly wish. The post has gained reactions online, sparking discussions among netizens.
Margo recounted the story of a customer who approached her experience table with a unique request – to purchase an iPhone 11 (128 GB variant) for her child. Informing the customer, Margo mentioned that the cost was P27,990 if paid in cash.
The customer’s shock was noticeable, given her limited budget of only P8,000. Margo extended the offer of installment plans to accommodate the customer’s limited financial resources.
However, the customer’s customer’s lack of enthusiasm upon unboxing the unit prompted Margo to inquire further.
The gadget store employee learned that the customer’s daughter chose not to return home for a week and stopped communication, all due to the unattainable iPhone. Margo also discovered that her client’s husband worked as a tricycle driver.
After hearing the story, Bon offered advice to Gen Z individuals. She urged them to refrain from demanding expensive items from parents who struggle to make ends meet, reminding them of the challenges their parents face.

“To all Gen Z’s out there kapag hindi nyo pa kayang bilhin wag nyong pilit abutin to the point na sa magulang nyo hihingiin kahit hindi nila kaya!
Storytelling:
I have this client yesterday they approached my experience table then ask me “Ate may Iphone 11 po ba kayo?
Nakaka loka isip isip ko samantalang ako from 18 years old nag start ako mag work upto this year na 21 nako tsaka lang ako naka bili ng Iphone tapos XR pa tapos sya nakuha nya yung gusto nya dahil sa pagmamaktol
