Here is the step-by-step guide for web-based registration – Napolcom Online Registration Information System (NORIS).
Last June 17 and 18, 2023, the National Police Commission conducted the eligibility exams for aspiring policemen. A total of 38,979 individuals took the paper-and-pencil tests.
28,697 examinees took the PNP Entrance Exam and 10,282 examinees took various promotional examinations. The agency administered the examinations in the National Capital Region, CAR, CARAGA, BARMM, and all regions in the country.
NAPOLCOM Exam Result June 2023 is expected to be released within two (2) to three (3) months after the last day of exams or on August 17, 2023. Exam takers are required to get at least 70% to pass the exams.
For first-timers, PNP Entrance Exam applicants must apply on the new web-based registration known as Napolcom Online Registration Information System (NORIS).
Applicants must prepare the necessary documents, scanned copies of the requirements in JPEG or PNG formal.
Here are the requirements:
- 1 government-issued ID with signature
- Passport-size photo with name tag, white background and complete name tag
- Specimen Signature
Here are the steps on how to apply and register online:
Step 1: Visit napolcom-noris.org or www.napolcom.gov.ph
Step 2: Click the ‘Register Here” button
Step 3: Create an account and read data privacy notice
Step 4: Click Proceed
Step 5: PNP members should click PNP Personnel button while non-PNP personnel must select Civilian button
Step 6: Fill up the form and provide personal information
Step 7: Select Region
Step 8: Submit the scanned copies of the requirements
Step 9: Click “Finish” button
FINAL STEPS
Log-in to NORIS account and check if your scanned documents are valid. If validated, click Apply Examination button and select Region, Testing Center, Examination Category and Examination Date.
Click the ‘Apply’ button. Applicants shall proceed to the Regional Office for the payment and submission of one legal-size window envelope with P21.00 worth of stamp.
After all applications in their respective regions have been completed and validated, the NORIS will inquire for “payment status.”
After payment has been authenticated, applicants will be contacted by email when the NOA is ready for printing. The status ‘FOR EXAMINATION’ is shown. The NORIS will generate an Examinee Profile Sheet (EPS), which the applicant must print for presentation and submission to the proctor on the day of the examination.
