Pinoy Comedian, Impersonator Willie Nepomuceno Passes Away
The famous Pinoy impersonator Willie Nepomuceno has passed away at the age of 75, as confirmed by his official Facebook page.
On Wednesday (July 26, 2023), the Facebook account announced the passing of the impersonator, satirist, and comedian Willie Nepomuceno. However, the family did not reveal his cause of death.
The Nepomuceno family will disclose the details of the late celebrity’s wake sooner or later. The impersonator’s loved ones also asked for continued prayers.
On Monday morning (July 24, 2023), the celebrity was rushed to the emergency room of Marikina Valley Medical Center after accidentally hitting his head on the floor when he fell off the bed, according to his son, Willie Wilsson Nepomuceno.
“CT Scan showed he had a subdural hematoma. On that same day, he underwent a craniotomy to evacuate the hematoma and relieve pressure on his brain,” Wilson said.
The comedian’s vital signs became stable after the surgery, although he remained in a coma. Unfortunately, his vitals deteriorated, and he was declared brain-dead on Tuesday afternoon (July 25, 2023).

The latter was put on a respirator, but his vitals continued to drop, and he passed away at 6:17 am on Wednesday.

Willie, popularly known as Willie Nep, is an icon in the Philippine entertainment industry. He was widely recognized for his humorous impersonations of political figures like as Ferdinand Marcos Sr., Fidel V. Ramos, Joseph Estrada, Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III, and Rodrigo Duterte, among others.
