What is the reason behind Richard Gomez and Dawn Zulueta’s breakup?
The breakup of seasoned stars Richard Gomez and Dawn Zulueta was recalled and it was said that the reason behind this is an A-list actor.
Richard and Dawn’s tandem was one of the most admired onscreen partnerships decades ago. Behind the camera, they became a real couple. However, they eventually ended their relationship.
In a recent article by Bandera entertainment writer Alex Brosas, he recalled the breakup that happened between Richard and Dawn because of the recent breakups in the entertainment industry.
Brosas shared that it may not be known to many people but Richard Gomez and Dawn Zulueta broke up because of an A-list actor.
The columnist said that it was after the time when Dawn worked with an A-list actor in a movie. That was the first project they did together. When they were doing the movie, the actor became extra caring toward Dawn during break time.
One time, that actor gave his leading lady a short sweet note. Dawn informed Richard about this because she wanted to be honest with him. “The actor’s initial reaction was one of surprise as he considers the A-list actor a friend, although far from being close to him,” Brosas shared.
When Dawn shared that she received a note from the A-list actor, Richard asked for it. However, the seasoned actress apparently misplaced it. This had a negative effect on their relationship.
Eventually, Richard Gomez initiated the breakup. After that, returning of gifts happened. Dawn returned the refrigerator that Richard gave her and the actor returned the TV set from the actress.
Later on, Dawn Zulueta was able to find the letter from the A-list however, it was already too late.
