It’s Showtime hosts attended the GMA Gala Night
GMA Gala 2023 – Hosts of Kapamilya noontime show It’s Showtime shared their thoughts on their first ever-ever Kapuso event.
This event started last year and this became a momentous gathering of Kapuso stars. For the 2023 event, several Kapamilya stars were spotted at the event. Since It’s Showtime is now airing on GTV, the free TV network owned by GMA, it is expected that the hosts will attend the event as well.
Based on the article in PEP, Showtime hosts Vice Ganda, Jhong Hilario, and Vhong Navarro had mixed emotions while walking on the red carpet and mingling with Kapuso stars.
Vhong admitted that he was nervous and he shared this with his companions. He also said that this is a different experience.
“Pero ang sarap ng pagtanggap sa amin ng mga Kapuso, e, para kaming kapamilya nila. At ang sarap ding sabihin na, ‘We love you, mga Kapuso,” the former Streetboys member added.
Vice also has mixed reactions to his first GMA Gala Night. He quipped that his excitement was so high that it became tension and then became stress but in a good way. “Nakakatuwa to be able to meet these wonderful people, to be able to see our friends again na hindi na namin nakikita… And to be able to mingle with them and party with them tonight,” the Unkabogable Star enthused.
Jhong shared that he really felt the warm welcome from the Kapuso personalities. He was thankful for this treatment and he was excited to meet new faces.
Vice Ganda also shared thoughts on having a new home. He said that they are very grateful that It’s Showtime has a new home. The comedian-host also expressed appreciation for the all-out support they get from GTV and GMA.
