    • ID card issued by professional association recognized by PRC
    • Birth Certificate
    • Baptismal Certificate
    • Marriage Contract
    • NBI Clearance

The minimum and maximum loanable amounts under the SSS Salary Cash Loan offer depends on the total contributions that you have posted.
