Willie Revillame Earns Praise After Giving Joy to Evacuees Affect by Mayon Volcano
TV host Willie Revillame visits the evacuation center and gives joy to evacuees affected by the Mayon Volcano eruption.
Rep Elizaldy Co of the Ako Bicol party-list in the House of Representatives complimented Revillame for visiting families evacuated due to the Mayon volcano eruption. Revillame has visited various evacuation sites and brought cheer to the families who have been touched.
On July 14-15, Revillame was accompanied by Co in his visit to the evacuation centers at Gabawan Evacuation Center in Daraga, San Andres Evacuation Center in Sto Domingo, San Antonio Elementary School Multi-Purpose Building in Tabaco, and Bariw Covered Court in Brgy Bariw, Camalig.
“The relief operation not only aimed to give food packs but also to uplift the spirits of those affected by the recent unrest of Mayon Volcano,” said Co.
“In times of crisis, it is crucial to address the immediate needs of those affected, but it is equally important to provide them with moments of respite and inspiration,” added the solon.
Co stated that the evacuees’ experience will not be forgotten due of the joy offered by Revillame. Co stated that his presence offered everyone a lot of joy and motivation.
“I deeply appreciate Kuya Wil’s willingness to lend his time and energy to uplift the spirits of the evacuees. His presence brought immense joy and inspiration to everyone,” said Co.
“It is heartwarming to witness how the power of entertainment can create a positive impact on the lives of those facing difficulties,” he added.
