Optimum Star Claudine Barretto shares an appreciation post for former sultry actress Katrina Paula amid Sabrina M’s claim about her supposed relationship with the late actor Rico Yan.

It is known to many showbiz fans that Claudine was the last girlfriend that Rico had before he died. However, in a recent interview, Sabrina claimed that she and Rico had a relationship after the late actor’s relationship with Claudine.

Sabrina also claimed that they chose not to divulge this to the public because of the anticipated negative reactions from people since she was actively doing sultry movies at that time while Rico had a wholesome image.

Following that revelation from the former sultry actress, reports surfaced that Claudine Barretto is planning to file a case.

In a recent Instagram post, the Optimum Star shared her recent photos with Katrina Paula, who was one of the contemporaries of Sabrina M. In the caption of her post, Claudine shared why she appreciates Katrina, her new-found sister.

“Appreciation post.i want to thank @realkatrinapaula for telling the TRUTH! Divine intervention gina ni God at Rico.i really found a new friend/sister,” she wrote.

She also said that on behalf of her and Rico’s fans, she is thanking Katrina. “I’m happy that this is a start of a new friendship & sisterhood sobra sobrang SALAMAT!” Claudine said as she appreciates that Katrina cleared her and Rico’s name.

The Optimum Star also requested her “palangga,” her fans, to follow Katrina Paula on Instagram. She also encouraged her fans to say thank you to the former sultry actress for defending Rico and her as well.
