Mark Leviste Responds To Kris Aquino’s Instagram Post About Their Relationship

MARK LEVISTE – Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste responded to actress-host Kris Aquino’s Instagram post about their relationship.

Kris Aquino has been receiving medical care for her autoimmune conditions in the US since last year. Social media users assumed it was the vice governor of Batangas as she revealed in a tweet from last May that she was dating a man named “Marc.”

Later, Mark clarified that Kris was referring to him and stated that his true name is Marc but that he goes by “Mark” on social media and in political materials.

In a post on her Instagram account last July 10, Kris Aquino said that she has chosen to “pause” their relationship due to her medical condition and his position as an elected official. She admitted that their relationship is on hold since maintaining a long-distance one given the conditions “will be next to impossible.”

The Queen of All Media said that her health “has gotten progressively worse” and that she did not wish to be an “obstacle” to Mark’s effort to pursue a career in public service.

Kris included a picture of Mark smiling and looking into the camera while she was eating in the post’s background.

The politician reposted Kris’ Instagram post on his Instagram Story and set the Jim Brickman and Amy Sky song “Love Never Fails” as the background music.

He also cited a passage of Scripture, notably verses four through eight of Chapter 13 of the First Epistle to the Corinthians (1 Corinthians). It states: “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails.”
