Billy Crawford Reacts on Rumors He is Alleged “Adik”
Actor-TV host Billy Crawford reacts to the rumors circulating online claiming that he is “adik” or illegal drugs abuser.
Billy discussed his personal life in an interview with the King of Talk, Boy Abunda. Billy responded without hesitation to the idea that he was doing drugs and his body had decreased significantly.
Billy was asked to respond to rumors that he was a drug user by Boy Abunda. The musician categorically disputed the rumor, claiming that he has never experimented with illegal drugs.
Billy claims that he is not unwell and that his body is drug-free. That is why he is unconcerned by the aforementioned intrigues. He went on to say that if he become hooked to narcotics, he would very certainly have been imprisoned by now.
“Actually simula nung nag-Dancing with the Stars… alam mo paulit-ulit akong nagpagpapaliwanag kasi sobrang dami nang nagsasalita on my behalf. Dami-daming nagsasabing addict or whatever,” he said.
“Una sa lahat I think it’s unfair para sabihin sa isang tao kung sino sila. Una sa lahat, I don’t do drugs. Pangalawa, I stopped alcohol for the past 6 years. Alcoholic ho ako noon and yes kaya ho ako 235 pounds. Hindi ho healthy ‘yun. So, I started to lose weight from that time, nung tumigil talaga akong mag-alcohol and tuluy-tuloy lang siya kasi hindi na ako bumalik sa alcohol as in zero alcohol.”
“Hindi na ako nagyoyosi. Wala akong bisyo. So ngayon na I am 41 years old and 140 pounds, I’m healthy. I feel good. I don’t necessarily exercise tremendously pero kumakain ako ng tama, umiinom ako ng tubig and siguro mabigat lang talaga ‘yung anak ko (Amari). Nakakapagod din paminsan minsan kasi saluhan kaming mag-asawa (Coleen Garcia) sa pag-aalaga. So I’m not sick,” he explained in the interview.
According to him, he is unaffected and unconcerned by the web rumors. He reiterated that he had never used illegal drugs and that if he was a drug addict, he would be in prison or dead by now.
“Not necessarily kasi alam naman ng asawa ko kung ano ko, sino ako at kung ano ako. So ‘yun ang pinaka importante, ‘yung pamilya ko. So I don’t necessarily listen kung ano-ano ang sinasabi nila. Yes, nakakarating sa akin pero I really don’t care. Bahala sila,” he said.
“I’m super unbothered. It’s annoying from time to time ‘di ba pero hindi naman natin maiiwasan ‘yan. Kung adik ako sa totoo lang ‘di dapat nasa kulungan ako o patay na ako, honestly,” he added in.

Well Billy has spoken up. I think we just have to take and respect his words.. Besides that’s his body and if there is anyone who will be at losing end if he is lying it’s him. Having said that, again I would say lets just take his words.. Sino tayo para husgahan sya, only God can do that.
