Lady Netizen Shares Touching Message That Kindness Exists in Humanity
A lady netizen has shared the photo of a heartwarming letter she received from her fellow customer who paid her bill.
A Facebook user named Beatriz Nicole shared a touching message that serves as a reminder of the goodness that exists in humanity. It all started with a note left by a customer who paid for Beatriz’s bill at a restaurant, leaving her filled with gratitude and warmth.
Nicole narrated her experience, explaining that she had an annual physical exam scheduled for that day. While at the clinic, she happened to cross paths with a mother and daughter. After finishing her appointment early, she headed to a pancake restaurant to have breakfast, as she had fasted for 10 hours and was extremely hungry.
Luck was on her side as she managed to secure the last available table at the restaurant. However, just five minutes later, the mother and daughter she had encountered at the clinic arrived at the restaurant with the husband waiting for a table.
Beatriz approached the manager and offered to give up her table, willing to sit in another designated dining area. The manager, however, insisted that it was unnecessary to relinquish her seat.
The father then asked his daughter if she wanted to go to Starbucks instead, but she declined. The mother agreed, saying they could wait at the restaurant.
Determined to express her kindness, Beatriz once again spoke to the manager and insisted they take her table. The family expressed their gratitude for her thoughtful gesture, thanking her for offering them the opportunity to have a table.
When Beatriz was ready to settle her bill, she received a surprise. Along with the payment receipt, she found a note that touched her deeply. It read, “I would like to pay for the bill of the lady beside us. Please tell her the bill has been paid.”
“Today is my birthday, and my bill was close to 600 pesos, and it wasn’t exactly cheap, but they still paid for it. I had strong faith to know that God sent this family to bless me and make me happy on my special day,” Beatriz said.
The lady netizen felt compelled to share her story with others. She recognized that even in the simplest acts of kindness, there is a profound impact that can touch lives and create a ripple effect of positivity.
