MrBeast Admits He Said No to Titanic Submersible Trip
The YouTube star MrBeast admitted that he was invited to join the “Titanic Submersible Trip” but he allegedly declined it.
Jimmy Donaldson, alias MrBeast, is a well-known internet video game player. Since then, the YouTube sensation has turned it into a business empire based on charity stunts, YouTube videos, and merchandise.
Meanwhile, he is now a man who claims to have been invited to dive on the Titan in the aftermath of the accident. On Sunday, June 25, the philanthropic content creator said that he was invited to attend a submersible journey to the Titanic site this month, but was rejected.
“I was invited earlier this month to ride the titanic submarine, I said no. Kind of scary that I could have been on it,” said MrBeast in a Twitter post.
MrBeast also posted a screenshot of the supposed invitation to him aboard a submersible to the Titanic wreckage. “Also, I’m going to the Titanic in a submarine late this month. The team would be stoked to have you along,” an unnamed individual said in a message to MrBeast.
The YouTube sensation posted the tweet a few days after the reported “catastrophic implosion” of the Titan submersible, which was heading to the Titanic. On June 22, the US Coast Guard verified the deaths of five individuals aboard a submersible to the Titanic ruins.
On the morning of June 18, the submersible lost touch with its mother ship approximately an hour and a quarter into its plunge to the bottom of the North Atlantic Ocean, according to authorities.
MrBeast has a total of 163 million YouTube subscribers. He is well-known for his viral content, having helped a thousand people see the world clearly again by answering their cataract surgery questions.
