Megastar Sharon Cuneta defended actress Barbie Imperial against bashing due to the allegation that she snubbed the seasoned actress-singer.

The issue of younger stars showing disrespect to seasoned stars has received different reactions from showbiz enthusiasts. There had been several instances when senior stars would talk about the rude behavior that younger stars would display on the set.

Those who spent decades in the entertainment industry would compare the situation many years ago to how the young generation would treat the seniors.

Just recently, Barbie Imperial was attacked by netizens for allegedly snubbing Sharon Cuneta. It is natural that fans and supporters of the Megastar will defend her against whatever issue.

In line with this issue, Barbie shared a screenshot of a comment from Sharon clarifying that there was no snubbing that happened, based on the article in Bandera.

The seasoned actress-singer said that she heard from a friend that Barbie received criticism after she was accused of snubbing the former. “Hi Barbie! A friend of mine just told me today that you have been getting some flak for supposedly snubbing me? I am so so sorry you have to go through this,” Sharon said.

The Megastar also pointed out that she can’t remember any instance that she met Barbie. “You have done nothing wrong,” she stressed. Sharon said that she hopes to meet the younger actress in the future.
