Actor Aljur Abrenica said that many people do not know that he and his estranged wife actress Kylie Padilla are always communicating with each other.
Aljur and Kylie’s relationship and breakup became hot topics in showbiz. Intrigues and rumors surfaced involving both sides. The actor was accused of cheating while there were those who accused Kylie who cheated first.
On the other hand, in previous statements, Kylie and Aljur stressed that they are in a good co-parenting relationship.
In a recent interview, based on the article in PEP, Aljur Abrenica said stressed that he and Kylie Padilla are on good terms despite the issues that surfaced surrounding their breakup.
“Kung ano yung nakita niyo, normal namin iyon,” he said. The actor also shared that they are frequently communicating.
“Madalas naman kami nagkikita, kapag sinusundo ang mga bata. Hindi niyo alam yun, e. Nag-uusap kami lagi,” he said, adding that he would stay a bit at Kylie’s house when he would fetch his sons.
With this, they would have a few minutes to talk about their kids. “May ganun kaming relasyon ni Kylie,” he added. He also said that this is the reason why people saw that he and Kylie were okay during the Summer MMFF 2023 Parade of Stars.
Without giving out the details, the actor said that they are both working out to address the issues brought on by their separation. He stressed that he and Kylie are of course thinking about the welfare of their kids.
Aljur Abrenica also shared that every weekend, his sons are with him. This is his time to have his bonding moments with Alas and Axl. If he has work, he makes sure to fulfill his daddy duties to his kids.
