Kapuso comedienne Pokwang has this statement for those who are questioning the Mrs. Universe Philippines Queen Celebrity Icon Ambassadress 2023 title that was given to her.

In a report from the Kapuso morning show Unang Hirit, the organization said that a single mother like Pokwang is also qualified to be given this kind of title. The comedienne is thankful for this new title.
However, it appeared that there were those who are questioning why this title was given to her. In a recent Instagram post, Pokie answered the negative reactions with a humorous line.
“Sa mga nag que Question bakit daw ako? Kung di ako sino? Kung di ngayon kailan? Katarungan para kay ka Dencio!!! [rolling on the floor laughing emoji] Mrs Universe Philippines Queen Celebrity Icon Ambassadress 2023,” she wrote. Pokwang showcased her “rampa” with her red gown, sash, and crown.
Meanwhile, Pokie officially started her legal battle against her former partner Lee O’Brian. She wants the American actor to be out of the Philipines as she filed a deportation case against him.
