Sylvia Sanchez had this memorable experience in Japan
Seasoned actress Sylvia Sanchez almost lost a 10-carat diamond earring that is worth P18 million during her recent vacation in Japan.
Sylvia has been in the entertainment industry for many years. From being a well-rounded actress, she ventured into production as she established the Nathan Studios with her family.
Just recently, the seasoned actress had the time to take a break from her showbiz engagements. Based on the article in Pilipino Star Ngayon, Sylvia went to Japan for a short vacation.
When they arrived at their hotel room, Sylvia Sanchez said that she immediately fixed their stuff and when she was about to take off her earrings, she realized that she was only wearing one.
“Ang nangyari sa akin, from Niseko kami ni LT (Lorna Tolentino), pumunta kami ng Sapporo. Syempre pagdating sa hotel ayos na ako nang gamit ko, gamit ng asawa ko, ng mga anak ko ganyan. Tapos nung hinanap ko na ‘yung hikaw kasi tinanggal ko nga… pag ganon ko… bakit isa lang?” the actress shared.
She was a bit worried upon realizing that. Sylvia called the hotel’s management and told them that she lost an earring.
“Sabi ko may nawala akong hikaw, please check sa room kung merong ganyan. Dasal ako nang dasal na walang mag-check in o ibang taong pumasok,” the actress said. She was told to send a photo of the earring and she did.
Sylvia was thinking that she only lost that other earring inside the hotel. She was not feeling nervous but a bit panicky. Fortunately, it was found.
“After an hour tumawag sila sa akin, sabi nila ‘okay nakuha namin’. Niseko Hyatt Hotel kaya kapag gusto n’yo sa Niseko, go to Hyatt Hotel dahil sobra silang trustworthy. Sobra silang honest,” todo pasasalamat at papuri niya sa nasabing hotel,” she shared.
Sylvia Sanchez also shared that the earring was found in the aisle outside their hotel room. She said that may it feel because of the stuff she was carrying and getting things from her bags.
The actress went back to the said hotel to get her earring and she really wanted to show her appreciation to the staff of the hotel.
