Kyline Alcantara said that she understands why Mavy Legaspi accepted the Eat Bulaga hosting job

Kapuso actress Kyline Alcantara shared what she said to actor-host Mavy Legaspi for his hosting stint in the Kapuso noontime show Eat Bulaga.

Kyline and Mavy have been very supportive of each other when it comes to their career and personal lives. Just recently, Mavy made a probably major decision in his career just recently.

He was named as one of the hosts of the new version of Eat Bulaga after TVJ and the rest of the original Dabarkad left TAPE Inc.

It is known to many that the new set of hosts received bashing. Previously, Mavy Legaspi said in an interview that this is just a job, and when it comes to the personal aspect, he has no issue with the TVJ.

In a recent interview, based on the article in Manila Bulletin, Kyline Alcantara said she knows the reason why her reel partner accepted the hosting job. She also said that she is proud of Mavy.

“Grabe po talaga yung respeto niya, of course, sa original hosts, and same with me dahil nakasama ko po sila,” she said.

Kyline is also aware that many people love TVJ and respect them as among the icons of the entertainment industry in the Philippines. When asked what advice she gave to Mavy, Kyline said that intention is a big factor.

“As long as you know your intention, as long as you know your purpose doon sa show na yon, just keep going, as long as alam mong wala kang inaapakan na ibang tao and alam mo naman sa sarili mo na you have respect and wala kang papalitan. Kasi hindi mo sila mapapalitan, e. They’re icons already. So, yun lang naman po yon. Again sabi nga nila, work is work,” she said.

Following the announcement that TVJ is departing from TAPE Inc., Kyline Alcantara also shared a post for the Dabarkads.
