Sandara Park is indeed loved by many Filipinos
Korean star Sandara Park has this reaction to the fact that she is still recognized by many Pinoys even though she is living abroad for many years now.
Sandara is the South Korean who made it big in the Philippine entertainment industry during the early 2000s. She started her showbiz career through the defunct Kapamilya talent search Star Circle Quest in 2004.
The K-pop star was the winner of the first season of the said talent search. From that, she did various projects on TV and on the big screen. She also ventured into music and had her self-titled album that featured her popular novelty song In or Out.
Sandara Park left the Philippines in 2007. She went back to South Korea to start her career there. Based on the article in Philstar Life, the K-Pop star returns to the Philippines just recently for the SBS MediaNet called Idol Truck Project.
This show will highlight small and medium-sized businesses. Sandara shared on social media her photos taken in Clark, Pampanga just recently.
In a Twitter post, she asked a question to the online community. The Korean celebrity is wondering why even though she has been living abroad for many years now, Pinoys can still recognize her.
She added that Pinoys from all generations know about her and this is surprising for her. “Question! Pano nyo ba ako naalala hanggang ngayon kahit matagal nako wla sa Phil. Tv show. Sa halos lahat ng generation, naalala pa nila ako. Kahit sa mall, sa market, sa restuarant, sa lahat ng places. kakagulat hehe I’m so happy!!!,” she said.
In another tweet, Sandara Park admitted that Pinoys’ love for her is flattering and she is thankful for the love she is receiving. “Sobrang nakakagulat at nakakaflatter na hanggang ngayon, kilalang kilala pa ako ng mag Pinoy. Maraming salamat sa love & support nyo sakin~!!!” she said.
