Christian Bautista Reveals Having Thoughts Of Leaving Showbiz
CHRISTIAN BAUTISTA – Kapuso star Christian Bautista admitted that he had thought of leaving showbiz many times.
Christian Bautista, an actor, singer, and tv host, rose to fame after placing fourth in the singing competition “Star in a Million” on ABS-CBN. He then secured a recording contract with Warner Music Philippines and released his self-titled album.
With songs like “Hands To Heaven,” “Colour Everywhere,” and “The Way You Look at Me” on his debut album, Christian made a name for himself as an Original Pilipino Music (OPM) singer. He is also well-known in other countries including Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.
Christian Bautista married Kat Ramnani on November 17, 2018, on the beautiful island of Bali, Indonesia. They hosted their Manila wedding reception for their friends a month after getting married.
The singer has been in the industry for twenty years. Although he did not win the singing competition in 2003, he was one of the most successful balladeers in the country.

For 20 years, Christian Bautista admitted that his career was not always great. He revealed this during his interview in ‘Fast Talk with Boy Abunda‘ last Tuesday, May 30.
“Mahirap sa industriyang ito, hindi s’ya madali. Merong mga good days, bad days, good months, bad months, good years, bad years,” he said.
According to 41-year-old celebrity, the hardest thing in show business is maintaining popularity. Christian said, “Hindi laging merong success na sometimes ikaw ‘yung gagawa o ikaw ‘yung maghahanap ng success. Minsan kailangan hanapin mo s’ya or you build it yourself.”
“We like the acclaim e, we like the applause. Minsan ‘pag nawala, nawawala ‘yung center natin o bakit wala nang applause, wala nang acclaim. That’s why God is so important. Faith is so important,” he added.
Christian Bautista said he has also thought about leaving show business to focus on landscape architecture, but he is very grateful that he continues to be blessed with projects such as ‘The Clash,’ which just finished its fifth season.
