Robin Padilla Resigns PDP-Laban

Padilla stated that PDP-Laban has a lot to accomplish and that it requires an EVP who will commit more time to its efforts. Based on the article of PhilStar, he went on to say that because he has a lot of responsibilities as an elected person, it would be best if someone else took up the post.

Padilla served on the PDP-Laban’s National Executive Committee as executive vice president. He also had the authority to assume the party president’s functions in the event of their protracted absence, permanent incapacity, suspension, resignation, or expulsion. Padilla is known to have taken the lead in the senate campaign in May 2022.
