Boobay Advised By GMA To Take A Break After ‘Fast Talk’ Incident

Boobay is facing a medical concerns

Kapuso comedian Boobay was advised by his home network to take a break after he had a “silent seizure” during his guesting on Fast Talk.

To recall, last April, King of Talk Boy Abunda interviewed the comedian on his afternoon talk show. At one point, the seasoned TV host said that he noticed that his guest was silent and he thought that the comedian was just trying to stop himself from crying.

However, Tito Boy said that he realized that there was something wrong already and he was worried. The talk show host hugged his guest.

It was later on revealed that Boobay was having a “silent seizure.” It is known to many that he already has health concerns. Because of what happened, based on the article in PEP, the comedian was advised by GMA to take a break for now in order to focus on his health.

He will be allowed to come back after the doctor will say that the seizure completely stops. The comedian is currently under medication to stop him from having his “tulala” moments.

Reportedly, his medicine is helping a lot and he also minimized the stints that will require him to stay up until late at night.

For now, Buboy Villar pinch-hit Boobay in The Boobay and Tekla Show (TBATS). It was said that the staff of the show expressed positive feedback for Buboy’s performance.

Buboy is really part of the Mema Squad of TBATS but the show had a reformat and the segment was discontinued. It was also said that the segment is set to have its comeback.
